Q- Can I get a book in time for the holidays?

A- Yes. Of course, the sooner you order, the more likely you are to ensure a pre-holiday delivery date. At around a week out, you are taking your chances.

Q- What about your sources?

A- An extensive list of all the sources — print, video, and interviewees, etc. is included towards the back of the book. For specific referencing, footnotes are provided with the text.

Q- How did you do all this by yourself?

A- I had a LOT of help. Everyone who helped is listed near the back of the book.

Q- Is it true you got to go into the attic at the old JMI/Vox factory?

A- Yes. A few years ago, the then-present tenant of 119 Dartford Road allowed me access to the attic, where I was able to find a good amount of JMI/Vox paperwork including copies of some of the extremely rare amplifier schematics and parts layouts. With the help of Brian Kehew, we were able to fill a London taxi with paperwork.

Q- Will these schematics be in the Schematic Portfolio in the Deluxe Limited Edition?

A- Yes, all the significant ones will be.
